Supply Chain – Food and Beverage – Consumables – Marketing – ECommerce – Distribution - IT Software Developments -Finance Do you have previous experience in running a 360 desk in Executive Search in a growing Industry? ttg Talent Solutions is a vertically integrated staffing and executive search firm, focused on a Making a difference one candidate at the time, and providing our clients a wealth of operational experience completing our regular services.  The Director of Business Development and Talent Acquisition Recruiting will be responsible for super-charging both our business pipeline and amazing candidate’s roster. This role is a very fast-paced, collaborative part of the ttg Talent Solutions team; and this position will give you the opportunity to develop new business and form partnerships with many of the country’s largest business organizations. As a part of the ttg Talent Service team, you will partner with Hiring Managers to discuss and provide advice on their critical staffing needs and identify the industry leading professionals that are looking to advance their career to the next level. Position Responsibilities Business Development- Client Relationship Management
  • Seek and attract new clients to ttg Talent Solutions
  • Responsible for day to day interaction with clients, including Hiring Managers and Human Resource teams
  • Communicate with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
  • Conduct needs analysis profile with client and set expectations for recruitment process
Recruiting & Sourcing
  • Execute client recruitment strategy from inception to completion
  • Create and manage multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their experience and determine whether profile meets the needs of client
Candidate Relationship Management
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value to candidates
  • Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of proven success in a recruitment or business development role highly preferable.
  • Operational experience within the ecommerce, marketing, finance, food and beverage, supply chain logistics, or consumer products industry is a plus!
  • Must be local to the South Florida area- no relocation assistance is being offered at this time
  • Fluency in social media, technically savvy and up on all the latest on-line recruitment tools
  • Strong project management, communication, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Able and willing to contact both Client/Potential Clients and candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on the opportunity and client value proposition for professional/technical and management roles
