Our client is a national food producer and distributor of a fun and colorful brand and has engaged ttg Talent Solutions to find their next member of their staff, an Accounts Payable Analyst.  
 
This is a great opportunity for a savvy 3-way matching professional!
 
This position performs full cycle accounts payable tasks

• Data entry, 3-way matching
• Ability to process 100 invoices a day
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
• Will be issuing payments electronically ACH’s and Ck’s
• At ttg
• Manage Outlook AP folder
• Reconciliation of vendor statements monthly
• Accounting clerical duties such as filing and preparing various excel reports
• Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department

 
Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher in Accounting preferred
• 2 years’ experience in AP
• Concur experience preferred
• Organized, detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task with an attention to detail
• Knowledge regarding various accounting software is a plus
• Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are a must
